1. Overview
At Alchemy Oasis, we strive to provide high-quality garments and skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness and hygiene safety.
2. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
- To cancel, email us at email@alchemyoaesis.com with your order details
After Dispatch:
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
3. Returns Policy
✅ Eligible for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong item
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues (for garments, unless there is a defect)
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
4. Return Request Process
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at email@alchemyoaesis.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
5. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, you will need to provide bank details for refund
6. Replacement Policy
- In case of defective or wrong items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened skincare products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging
